This policy explains what personal information Film Levant collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (filmlevant.com), our pages and forms, our Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp conversations, and our ads on Meta platforms.

Information you give us when you message us, answer the questions in our Instagram or Facebook ads, or fill in a form on our website:
- Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and Instagram handle
- Your answers about your business, such as what best describes you, your monthly marketing budget range and your current content situation
- The messages you send us and the details you share on a call
Information collected automatically when you visit our website or interact with our ads:
- Basic device and usage data (such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location), collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel
- Information Meta shares with us about how you interacted with our ads, such as the ad you responded to
3. How we use it
- To reply to you and book or run the strategy session you asked for
- To check whether our services are a good fit for your business
- To send you reminders and follow-ups about your session or enquiry
- To measure and improve our ads, including sending conversion events (for example, that a session was booked) to Meta through its Conversions API
- To keep accurate records and meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry.
4. Who we share it with
- Our team: only the people who handle your enquiry and session
- Service providers that help us run our business, including Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), our CRM and booking platform (Agenci.io), and email and calendar tools. They process your information on our behalf.
- Authorities, if the law requires it
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Lebanon and Qatar.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you do not become a client, we delete or anonymise your information within 24 months of our last contact with you. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
6. How we protect it
Your information is stored in access-controlled systems, and only team members who need it can see it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your choices and rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Stop receiving messages from us at any time. Reply "STOP" to any message, or tell us by email.

8. Children
Our services are for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

معلومات تقدمها أنت عند مراسلتنا، أو الإجابة على الأسئلة في إعلاناتنا على إنستغرام أو فيسبوك، أو تعبئة نموذج على موقعنا:
- اسمك، رقم هاتفك أو واتساب، بريدك الإلكتروني وحسابك على إنستغرام
- إجاباتك عن عملك، مثل ما يصفك، ونطاق ميزانيتك الشهرية للتسويق، ووضع المحتوى لديك حالياً
- الرسائل التي ترسلها لنا والتفاصيل التي تشاركها خلال المكالمة
معلومات تُجمع تلقائياً عند زيارة موقعنا أو التفاعل مع إعلاناتنا:
- بيانات أساسية عن الجهاز والاستخدام (مثل الصفحات التي زرتها، نوع المتصفح والموقع التقريبي)، عبر ملفات تعريف الارتباط وMeta Pixel
- معلومات تشاركها Meta معنا عن تفاعلك مع إعلاناتنا، مثل الإعلان الذي تجاوبت معه

- للرد عليك وحجز جلسة الاستراتيجية التي طلبتها أو إجرائها
- لمعرفة ما إذا كانت خدماتنا مناسبة لعملك
- لإرسال تذكيرات ومتابعات تتعلق بجلستك أو استفسارك
- لقياس إعلاناتنا وتحسينها، بما في ذلك إرسال أحداث التحويل (مثل حجز جلسة) إلى Meta عبر Conversions API
- للاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة والالتزام بالقانون
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض لا علاقة لها باستفسارك.
4. مع من نشاركها
- فريقنا: فقط الأشخاص الذين يتابعون استفسارك وجلستك
- مزودو الخدمات الذين يساعدوننا في إدارة عملنا، ومنهم Meta (إنستغرام، فيسبوك، واتساب)، ومنصة إدارة العملاء والحجوزات لدينا (Agenci.io)، وأدوات البريد الإلكتروني والتقويم. يعالجون معلوماتك نيابة عنا.
- الجهات الرسمية، إذا طلب القانون ذلك
يخزّن بعض هؤلاء المزودين البيانات على خوادم خارج لبنان وقطر.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ بها
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طالما نحتاجها للأغراض المذكورة أعلاه. إذا لم تصبح عميلاً، نحذف معلوماتك أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية خلال 24 شهراً من آخر تواصل بيننا. أما سجلات العملاء فنحتفظ بها للمدة التي يفرضها القانون.
6. كيف نحميها
تُخزّن معلوماتك في أنظمة محمية بصلاحيات وصول، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا أعضاء الفريق الذين يحتاجونها. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل، لكننا نتخذ خطوات معقولة لحماية معلوماتك.
7. خياراتك وحقوقك
- طلب نسخة من المعلومات التي نحتفظ بها عنك
- طلب تصحيحها
- طلب حذفها
- إيقاف رسائلنا في أي وقت، بالرد بكلمة "STOP" على أي رسالة أو بإبلاغنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني

8. القاصرون
خدماتنا موجهة لأصحاب الأعمال والمهنيين. لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات من أي شخص دون 18 عاماً.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. يظهر التاريخ في الأعلى آخر مرة تم فيها تعديلها.
